Nixxin's commitment to tattooing has taken him around the country since 1999, with his start in West Virginia, onto Indiana, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and hopefully to be his final resting place- Austin, Texas.


Nixxin got his start at the end of an era- when tattoo shops claimed their own side of town, when "honing ones craft" was earned and honored, and when legends were still touring the country.


In a city like Austin (and a time like this) where tattoo shops are a dime a dozen, Nixxin stakes his place by upholding the time tested techniques laid out by the legendary elders of the industry.

In other words, Nixxin doesn't do a tattoo that isn't meant to be a tattoo (and he'll tell you that straight up).


Nixxin specializes in custom Japanese and Traditional Americana tattooing; with attention to clean line work and bold colors that compliment the body of the client.


Along with quality, Nixxin strives for strict cleanliness and will always have disposable single-use tubes and needles for each session.

Although some people call him a stubborn, when all is said and done, they not only thank him, but they come back for more.
